Role Description:
• Plan and create product documentation and delivering
effectively to perform specific job functions such as
selling, supporting, maintaining and using the various
product suites.
• This documentation includes Online Help, Readme files,
User Manuals and Print Manuals, as well as, Marketing
collaterals and Graphics creation.
• In-depth experience in working with tools like
Robohelp and Framemaker is required. Prior knowledge of
Healthcare applications, if any would be an added
advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills, quickly understanding new
client environments and workflows.
• Strong foundation required in written English
language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
including presentation skills, dealing with technical
information related to the Healthcare domain.
• Must be able to present information in a clear and
concise manner using proper grammar, spelling and
structure in both written and verbal form.
• Must be able to work independently with little direct
supervision
• Excellent time management skills are required
• Ability to work with teams in the US
• At least 3 years experience in designing and
delivering software documentation.
• Advanced level user in latest version of documentation
tools.
• All commonly used document authoring tools
(FrameMaker, Rob Help, Acrobat, Arbor Text, etc.)
• Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Visio, etc)
• Web development (HTML, Dream Weaver, FrontPage, Flash,
etc)
• Strong knowledge of graphic design/page layout
software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Snag It,
etc)
